Scape&Vessel

Scape&Vessel is a study on contour and glaze. Using matte glazes that mimic physical landscape with reference to horizon lines, stratum, and muted earth tones, and by denying the forms of any real pragmatic function, the hollow vessels' focus becomes their boundaries, form, and aesthetic properties.
